Job Title - Paralegal II

Duration - 6+ Months with possibilities of extension

Location - Austin, TX / Denver, Colorado, Salt Lake City, UT

Pay Rate - $32.00-$37.00 (Negotiable) on W2

Responsibilities

Work closely with attorneys and team leads to provide paralegal support on a wide array of complex contracting issues.
Draft and negotiate contracts and budgets within guidelines provided by attorneys and clients.
Proactively follow up with clients, attorneys and external parties from the time the contracting request is received through resolution/execution to ensure shortest cycle times.
Escalate contracting delays and issues to team leads or attorneys as appropriate.
Prioritize and follow through on a high volume of client requests.
Resolve client requests in a professional and timely manner, escalating as necessary.
Understand and comply with all relevant procedures and policies.
