As a Product Manager within BMO’s Private Bank, you’ll be responsible for shaping and managing consumer lending products tailored to high-net-worth clients.

You’ll lead product lifecycle activities—from strategy and design to performance tracking and enhancement—while ensuring compliance and profitability.

What You’ll Do:

• Define and implement product strategies with full P&L accountability
• Conduct pricing analysis, forecasting, and competitive benchmarking
• Monitor product performance and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align product goals and execution
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure contractual compliance
• Analyze customer feedback and market data to guide product decisions
• Support strategic planning, reporting, and change management initiatives
• Develop marketing strategies and training materials for sales teams
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation across product lines

What You Bring:

• 5–7 years of experience in consumer lending or commercial credit
• Strong knowledge of product design, delivery systems, and policy frameworks
• Experience in market research, analytics, and product marketing
• Ability to build business cases and manage cross-functional projects
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and influence skills
• Deep understanding of banking regulations and risk management

Salary :

$74,000.00 - $138,000.00

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.

BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
