Construction Laborer

Trillium Construction is now seeking experienced Commercial Construction Laborers & Concrete Finishers in the Menomonie, WI area!

Schedule is full-time, MondayFriday starting on 5/5/25. Pay rate is $25$34/hour (DOE).

We are currently seeking experienced construction professionals to join a commercial concrete crew working on projects in the Menomonie, WI area. This is a great opportunity for skilled laborers and finishers who have a solid background in commercial construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and strip forms for footings, walls, slabs, and other concrete features
• Place, spread, and finish concrete using screeds, trowels (hand and power), and floats
• Tie rebar and install wire mesh for structural reinforcement
• Assist with layout using tape, laser levels, or string lines
• Maintain a clean and organized job site in compliance with safety protocols
• Work as part of a tight-knit crew to meet daily pour and finish goals

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of hands-on concrete experience in commercial settings
• Able to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Dependable transportation to reach job sites
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
• Knowledge of finishing techniques and formwork best practices is a big plus

Preferred (but not required):

• OSHA 10 certification
• Skid steer or telehandler experience
• Concrete polishing or decorative finishing experience
