Salary: $1,300 USD/month
Schedule: Thursday to Sunday (Days off: Mon–Tues or Tues–Wed)

👀 About the Role

We’re looking for a bilingual, ultra-organized Concierge Personal Assistant (PA) to support our concierge operations during peak days (Thursday through Sunday). You'll be the key connection between homeowners and our on-island teams, helping make sure everything runs smoothly from special requests to last-minute logistics.

🛎 What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the main point of contact for homeowners, responding to calls and requests
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and kindly in both English and Spanish
• Coordinate with on-island teams like housekeeping, maintenance, and transportation
• Log and manage homeowner requests using our internal systems
• Monitor upcoming arrivals and make sure everything is in place beforehand
• Follow up on pending tasks to ensure satisfaction and seamless experiences
• Assist the concierge team during weekends and special events as needed

🕓 Schedule & Flexibility

This role covers Thursday through Sunday, our busiest time of the week. You’ll have regular days off early in the week, with the occasional shift during peak seasons or holidays. Flexibility is key, but so is work-life balance.
