About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Bilingual Client Concierge to join our Client Services team in Torrance. This front-line role is essential in guiding clients through intake, coordinating care, and maintaining consistent engagement and follow-up throughout their service journey.

What You'll Do:

  • Greet and assist clients and their families during intake

  • Verify eligibility for services and provide external referrals as needed

  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure timely and accurate service coordination

  • Perform wellness check-ins and coordinate support services such as transportation

  • Maintain accurate documentation in client records and case management systems

  • Support the Client Services Department in day-to-day operations

What We're Looking For:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)

  • Compassionate, patient, and professional communicator

  • Prior experience in a healthcare, nonprofit, social services, or community-based setting is a plus

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable using technology (Microsoft Office, databases, case tracking software)

  • Able to work onsite in Torrance, Monday through Friday
