Our client is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to join the leadership team of our growing subsidiary. This critical role will oversee all financial operations, ensuring the companys financial health while driving strategic initiatives that support sustainable growth. The ideal candidate is an active CPA with strong leadership experience, operational acumen, and a passion for building value in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow oversight
Oversee internal controls, audit preparedness, and compliance with financial regulations
Partner with executive leadership to evaluate business performance and develop growth strategies
Deliver accurate, timely financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making across the organization
Direct and mentor the accounting and finance team to ensure efficient operations and professional development
Manage relationships with external partners such as auditors, financial institutions, and tax authorities
Support board reporting, investor relations, and long-term financial planning and modeling
Monitor departmental budgets and promote financial discipline across the organization
Qualifications and Skills:
Active CPA license required
Minimum of 8 years in senior finance roles, with experience as a Controller or CFO preferred
Background in multi-entity or international operations is highly desirable
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach
Proven leadership abilities and excellent communication skills
Proficiency with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
Compensation:
$200,000-$250,000 per year
