Mid Atlantic Builders, a leading luxury home builder in the DMV region, is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team. This is a handson, seniorlevel role responsible for driving the financial strategy, growth, and stability of a premier homebuilding company with a strong reputation for excellence and integrity.

• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
• Manage corporate structure and entity setup, including forming and maintaining LLCs and related partnerships.
• Guide capital planning, cash flow management, and banking relationships.
• Lead risk management, audit, and compliance functions.
• Provide financial insight to support land acquisition, development, and new home projects.
• Supervise accounting and finance staff to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executivepreferably in the new home construction, real estate development, or related industry.
• Strong understanding of corporate structuring, including creating and managing LLCs.
• Deep knowledge of financial modeling, GAAP, and real estate accounting principles.
• Resultsoriented leader with excellent strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
