Qualifications and responsibilities for this Building Maintenance Technician position include:- Minimum 3 years’ experience in property maintenance or equivalent field- High school diploma or trade school required- Must have dependable personal vehicle and provide proof of liability insurance- General apartment maintenance skills including carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and appliance repair- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment- Willingness to travel between properties and work occasional emergency overtime- Must pass a drug test and criminal background check- Responsible for completing repair requests, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring property conditions meet company guidelines- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with overtime as needed for emergenciesSalary: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
