  • Be part of a team that sees you, supports you, and helps you grow

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have worked with individuals with developmental disabilities for at least two year
  • A passion for making a difference in the lives of children and adults alike
  • A strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
  • A lifelong passion for learning, and a desire to serve underserved communities
  • Valid driver's license, current insurance, MVR record, and background check

Compensation & Schedule:

  • $60,000 base salary for 4-day/week 32 hour schedule
  • Make up to $83,000+ in wages for a 5-day 40 hour schedule and full caseload
  • Daytime hours only – no nights or weekends for a better work-life balance

Our Competitive Benefits:

  • 401K Retirement plan employer match program
  • Supplemental Insurance option (Including paid maternity leave option)
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Professional Development funds and free CEUs
  • Travel benefits, and ability to be actively involved in on-going business planning
  • Weekly clinical training and mentorship
  • Trans-disciplinary collaboration and opportunities for growth
  • Strong potential for career advancement at all levels
