• Providing services to the residents in a professional manner as permitted by state certification and/or licensure
• Provide and maintain all necessary supplies, i.e. permanents, shampoos, roller, hairnets, combs, hairbrushes, hair shears, rinses, towels, capes, including the laundering of towels and capes, needed to perform the services.
• Develop a list of the reasonable price for all services provided and must be consistent with competitive pricing in the geographic area of the Community and obtain approval of those prices from the Community Administrator.
• Maintain itemized records of services provided to all residents.
• Must have and maintain liability insurance.

• Must remain licensed by the State of Indiana as either a Barber or a Beautician
• Must obtain and maintain a general liability insurance policy
• Serve the Facility as an independent contractor
