Job Description

Seeking a dedicated and experienced bank teller in the Santa Clara area! Description + Deliver exceptional in-branch client service, including processing deposits, payments, and cashier's checks. + Support back-office operations by handling mail, payments, check orders, and daily transaction archiving. + Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate fraud-related activities as needed. + Assist Relationship Advisors by scheduling appointments, conducting account research, and fulfilling internal requests. + Manage currency transaction reports (CTRs), cash deposits, and courier bag handling. Qualifications: + Minimum 1 year of clerical or office administrative experience (banking preferred). + Ability to work independently and within a team setting. + Comfortable in multi-tasking in fast paced environment and maintaining great attention to detail. + High School Diploma or GED required. Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm Location: Onsite in Santa Clara, CA Start Date: August 1st Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.13 - $27.58/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
