About the Role

We’re looking for an Audit Associate to join our team. What You’ll Do

• Assist in planning and executing audits, reviews, and compilations for a diverse client base
• Perform fieldwork testing of financial statement accounts and GAAP compliance
• Prepare clear, organized workpapers and document audit findings in accordance with firm and professional standards
• Work directly with clients to request documentation, clarify audit issues, and support strong relationships
• Collaborate with senior staff and team members to complete projects efficiently and deliver high-quality results
• Contribute to delivering a high-quality client experience through professionalism and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
• Working toward CPA licensure or interest in pursuing it (preferred)
• 0–5 years of experience in public accounting or a related field
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute in a client-focused firm
