What You'll Do:
- Design and develop robust hardware/software test solutions for high-performance mixed-signal products
- Build and debug custom test boards and probe cards for both validation and high-volume manufacturing
- Create scalable and reusable automated test programs (multi-site capable)
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) test development and transfer to overseas production sites
- Drive yield improvement and test cost reduction initiatives
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Product, and Operations teams across global locations
- Analyze large datasets for yield, correlation, and reliability trends
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent); 5–10+ years in mixed-signal IC test development (open to recent grads with strong fundamentals)
- Hands-on experience with ATE platforms (Teradyne ETS-364/88/uFLEX, or LTX-Credence ASL1K preferred—but not required)
- Proficiency in analog design/debug and familiarity with lab instrumentation
- Strong programming skills in C++ (MATLAB/Python a plus)
- Familiarity with statistical test analysis and GR&R validation
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude, lab-driven mindset, and strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
