Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Fleet Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our Fleet and Shop

Responsibilities

• Data entry of all machines, tools, autos , and Equipment into our fleet management Software HCS
• Management of our Shop Parts and inventory
• coordinating dispatch for machine pickup and delivery to and from our Jobsites.
• Vendor relations with new and current vendors including negotiating

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative fleet role is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance communication with diverse clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,743.00 - $44,778.00 per year
