Our client, a popular children's clothing brand, is seeking a creative Assistant Designer to support their Girls team!

**This role requires being onsite 5 days per week.

What youll do:

• Assist with the design process from color and concept through product execution
• Shop the market to identify current trends
• Create CADs
• Research trends
• Develop BOMs
• Sample Coordination
• Make recommendations on color, fabric, and fit
• Organize mood boards and create presentation for seasonal lines
• Develop clear and concise hand sketches and tech packs for production teams
• Attend sample fittings and note all Designer feedback
• Maintain line sheets, product archives, and production timelines, and follow up with teams as needed to stay on schedule

What youll need:

• 1-3 years of related work experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and MS Office
• Bachelors degree required
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Exceptional time management skills
