Job Description
As an After Care/Preneed Sales Counselor, you will be responsible for meeting with clients to discuss and sell preneed insurance plans, providing peace of mind for families. This role involves building relationships, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions for each client. The position is semi-remote, offering flexibility with limited office hours required for meetings and administrative tasks.
· Engage with clients to explain preneed insurance options and benefits.
· Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through referrals, networking, and outreach.
· Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
· Meet sales goals through self-motivated efforts in a commission-based structure.
· Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions.
