Accounts Payable Specialist
-Location: Ventura, CA
-Pay: $25-28/hr DOE

-Job Description
• We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely payments to vendors.

-Qualifications
• Previous accounts payable or accounting experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• YARDI experience a plus

-Education
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s degree or coursework in Accounting or Finance preferred
