We are a large physician-owned group expanding our wound care service in the Chicagoland area. This includes working in SNFs and Homes, providing next-level wound care services. We provide a generous compensation package, bonuses, full benefits, a 401k with matching, and growth potential. We can also discuss part-time opportunities available.

Physical Requirements: 

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients as well as working on a computer. 
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. 
• May be exposed to bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards (e.g., needle pricks, etc.) and chemical hazards. 
• Must wear the required PPE per company and/or facility requirement. 
• Must comply with facility vaccination requirements.
